More about us

& the meaning of Anahata

Anahata अनाहत- (Heart) is the seat of the Divine Self (Atma). In the symbolic picture of the Anahata Chakra (Heart Chakra) a lotus is pictured with twelve distinct petals.  Each of these represents the Divine qualities of the heart: Bliss, Peace, Harmony, Love, Understanding, Empathy, Clarity, Purity, Unity, Compassion, Kindness and Forgiveness.

Our purpose is to reach out to others with the same vision of making a better tomorrow.

We welcome and further collaborative ventures and ultimately spread love, mindfulness, and awareness And empowerment with the aim of restoring faith in humanity.

We are a wellness Yoga Tribe that promotes personal growth through conscious living. Yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda are key aspects of our practice with the aim to refuel our souls, reset, help people find balance, community, and connection. With your help, we would like to spread awareness and knowledge.

how we give and why?

At Anahata Conscious Living we are fully committed to deliver change with each contribution and help we get.

We channel every dollar we receive into education, health / mental health, well-being programs, addressing inequality, empowering women and children in need globally.

We’ve helped orphanages in countries including Bali and Mexico and empowered women in India by teaching hygiene and health. providing shelter, clothing, food and clean water.

We believe restoring faith in humanity is an evolutionary process that begins with consciousness and awareness.

We are devoted by the power of service and to spread our message  “Living through Giving” throughout our practice.  By raising awareness, we can help those in need and create a more harmonious planet.

Charities and Projects we support

Corazon de Vida

Changing lives from the heart

We are a for-purpose organization providing life changing support for orphaned and abandoned children in Baja, Mexico. We are on a mission to end child abandonment by breaking the vicious cycle of poverty.

Share a Meal

It is our wish and endeavor that we take this program not only to the homeless, but also to the underprivileged, working poor and seniors. There are many seniors out there who end up giving up the comfort of their homes and everything else they have in the evening of their lives to go to assisted-living homes simply because they cannot cook anymore. It will be a blessed day when we are able to serve them. Share A Meal is a daily expression of the compassion and humility in our spirit. Having spent the day in the material world of money-making in a competitive race to out-do others, we come together with other service minded individuals to serve the less fortunate, with no expectation of receiving anything in return. During the day we count our return for the time, talent, and skills we invest, but in the evening the feeling is different. There is no counting of the return. You simply offer your time and resources that go toward the preparation of meals, water, and other necessities served to the homeless. There is no monetary payback. We receive the feeling of being a compassionate human being, and that nourishes our spirit for the inward journey.

"Restoring Faith in Humanity  One Life at a Time"

A warm heart and happy smiles of the children will welcome you at our children’s Learning Center ”Yayasan Widya guna” in Bedulu.
Our Yayasan in Bedulu is a place for Balinese children from various unfortunate situations. We support them in receiving their education, when they cannot afford to pay the schoolcosts. We provide them with food and shelter when they don’t have a family or home. We assist underprivileged children that need support, such as children with physical and/or mental disabilities, orphans, street children, as all children deserve a good education.
