The Meaning of Anahata
Anahata अनाहत- (Heart) is the seat of the Divine Self (Atma). In the symbolic picture of the Anahata Chakra (Heart Chakra) a lotus is pictured with twelve distinct petals. Each of these represents the Divine qualities of the heart: Bliss, Peace, Harmony, Love, Understanding, Empathy, Clarity, Purity, Unity, Compassion, Kindness and Forgiveness.
Our purpose is to transform lives through a fusion of Eastern and Western healing modalities.

Ari Beers, E-RYT 200, E-RYT 500, YACEP, Certified Functional Nutritionist & Health Educator, Founder, Anahata Conscious Living. Ari Beers is an internationally recognized health and wellness educator and certified functional nutritionist who has spent more than two decades studying worldwide with teachers, masters, and innovators in yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, nutrition, and human performance. With thousands of hours of teaching experience, Ari is known for her ability to bridge time-tested practices with modern approaches to resilience, biohacking, and longevity.
As the founder of Anahata Conscious Living (est. 2014), Ari has led numerous 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Trainings and international retreats, preparing teachers and wellness leaders who now serve diverse communities globally. She holds the designation of E-RYT 500 and is a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP).
Her work is distinguished by its integrative approach: combining yoga, meditation, and nutrition with evidence-based wellness strategies. Ari positions these tools as vehicles for human optimization, nervous system regulation, and long-term health, making yoga more than a practice on the mat but a pathway to meaningful and sustainable change.
Anahata Conscious Living is currently expanding to include the 300-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training, with the long-term vision of building a complete 500-hour certification pathway. Her mission is to prepare teachers and health practitioners who are both technically skilled and forward-thinking— equipped to guide others with clarity, depth, and innovation.

We spread love, mindfulness, awareness, and empowerment with the aim of restoring faith in humanity. We are a wellness Yoga Tribe that promotes personal growth through conscious living. Yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda are key aspects of our practice with the aim to refuel our souls, reset, help people find balance, community, and connection. Living through Giving
At Anahata Conscious Living we are fully committed to creating change in the world. Core to our philosophy is giving financially as well as through the power of service into education, health, mental health, well-being programs, empowering women and children in need globally. We’ve helped orphanages in countries including Bali and Mexico and empowered women in India by teaching hygiene and health, providing shelter, clothing, food, and clean water. We believe restoring faith in humanity is an evolutionary process that begins with consciousness and awareness. We are devoted to the power of service and to spread our message “Living through Giving” throughout our practice.
